Samsung’s more 3D Blu-ray players into the market

Samsung’s new BD-C5900, BD-C6800 and BD-C7900 have already been sighted on its US Web site and some online commerce sites. The entry-level BD-C5900 priced at US$299 may be a direct response to the value-for-money US$199 Sony BDP-S470. On the other hand, the BD-C6800 drops the original BD-C6900’s fancy disc tray window for integrated Wi-Fi. Then, there’s the flagship BD-C7900, which goes one step further with two HDMI outputs similar to Panasonic’s DMP-BDT350, to support legacy A/V receivers without 3D compatibility.
